Order the book and disc title together to benefit from discounted price of £15 each, i.e. £30 for book and disc. (Standard-rated VAT is added to the disc order)

How to pay:
An invoice will be issued with the despatch of resources. This must be settled within 21 days of receipt of goods. Payment can be made with order. A receipted invoice will then be sent with goods. Cheques should be £ sterling and made payable to abc Production
Licence:
A licence (PDF version here for ORGANISATIONS) or (PDF version here for INDIVIDUALS) must be completed and signed before discs can be supplied. All titles ordered will be supplied on a single disc for the site specified. Where additional discs are required for other sites, please indicate the quantity under Quantity discs and print a site licence form for each site. Please write your organisation name and site on the license. This information will then appear on every worksheet supplied
